Estimated Delivery Time: Our delivery policy offers two options: Standard Delivery takes 4-7 working days, while Express Delivery guarantees delivery within 3-4 working days. Please note that actual delivery times may vary due to factors such as product availability and shipping address.
Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number that you can use to track your order. You can track your order on our website or on the shipping company's website.
Shipping Restrictions: Currently, we only ship within India. We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Delivery Issues: In the unlikely event that your product(s) are damaged during shipping or if you receive the wrong product(s), please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Orders are usually shipped the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday after 2:00 pm will be shipped on the following Monday. Delivery times vary based on the delivery location, with an average delivery time of 2-7 working days. Deliveries are not made on Sundays or major holidays, as per the policy of the delivery partner.

Product Delivery
B-Hive Health and Wellness Private Limited employs various delivery models to deliver purchased products to customers and Brand Partners. The company assumes responsibility for any damage, loss, or deterioration of products during delivery or transit, not the customers or Brand Partners. B-Hive Health and Wellness Private Limited ensures that the delivered products are not faulty and are exactly as listed and advertised on the website, with all descriptions and specifications matching those provided online.
Before making a purchase, customers and Brand Partners must verify their shipping address and pin code through the website's database. If the order cannot be serviced by logistics providers or the delivery address is outside the specified pin code area, customers and Brand Partners can provide an alternative shipping address for delivery.
Customers and Brand Partners are obligated to accept the delivery of purchased products. Failure to do so may result in liability to B-Hive Health and Wellness Private Limited. The company may contact customers and Brand Partners to ascertain the reason for non-acceptance of the product, and the decision to redeliver or initiate a refund process rests with B-Hive Health and Wellness Private Limited, and will be final and binding.
Upon delivery and full payment of the product, the title and other rights in the product pass directly to the Brand Partners from B-Hive Health and Wellness Private Limited. Any risk or loss after delivery of the goods will be borne by the Brand Partners.
Before accepting delivery of any product, customers and Brand Partners should ensure that the product's packaging is in good condition and has not been damaged or tampered with.
