In relation to the business or product sales, the Direct Sellers hereinafter called B-Hive Brand Partner (BBP) of B-Hive Health and Wellness Private Limited hereby agrees to the following:

• The B-Hive Brand Partner agrees to actively promote and sell the company's products throughout India. The company and its Sales Team/Group will provide assistance to the B-Hive Brand Partner for this purpose.

• The company will not cover any establishment/office expenses or business running expenses related to maintaining an owned office for the B-Hive Brand Partner.

• The B-Hive Brand Partner agrees to exclusively sell the company's products and not engage in the sale of similar/identical products, protecting and preserving the patents and trademarks of the company's products.

• The B-Hive Brand Partner must use their BBP ID in all transactions and correspondence with the Company, and no communication will be entertained without it. The BBP ID and password must be preserved properly as they are required for logging onto the website.

• The Company reserves the right to withhold/block/suspend the B-Hive Brand Partner if they fail to provide requested details like Pan Card details or KYC.

• The B-Hive Brand Partner must be faithful to the Company, uphold its integrity and decorum, and maintain good relations with other B-Hive Brand Partners and customers.

• The B-Hive Brand Partner must comply with the company's policies, procedures, rules, and regulations, as well as all relevant laws and regulations issued by the state and central government of India.

• The Company reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions, products, plan, business, and policies with or without prior notice, with such modifications being applicable and binding on the B-Hive Brand Partner from the date of notification.

• The B-Hive Brand Partner must comply with all state, central government, and local governing body laws, regulations, and codes applicable to the operation of their BioVision Natural Wellness business, and must not engage in any deceptive or unlawful trade practices.

• The B-Hive Brand Partner must not manipulate the company's business plan or product rates, business volume, etc., or send any messages on behalf of the Company.

• The B-Hive Brand Partner is responsible for all arrangements, expenses, permissions from local authorities, and compliance with central, state government, and local body rules for meetings and seminars conducted by them.

• No other B-Hive Brand Partner code shall be issued on the same Pan Card, and the B-Hive Brand Partner confirms understanding and agreement with the marketing methods, compensation plan, limitations, and conditions set by the Company.

• The relationship between the Company and the B-Hive Brand Partner shall be governed by the rules and procedures mentioned in the business plan available on the website, and the B-Hive Brand Partner confirms reading and understanding the terms and conditions, agreeing to be bound by them.

• The B-Hive Brand Partner shall act as a freelancer and shall not create any liability or obligation on the Company.

• The B-Hive Brand Partner is not an Agent, Employee, or authorised representative of the Company or its service providers, and is not authorised to receive/accept any amount/payment on behalf of the Company.

• The B-Hive Brand Partner declares that all information furnished is true and correct, and the Company may take action against the B-Hive Brand Partner if any wrong/false information is provided.

• The B-Hive Brand Partner must visit the Company's official website regularly for updates.

• The B-Hive Brand Partner will be eligible for facilitation incentives or income based on the volume of product sales, subject to eligibility norms formulated by the Company. The Company does not guarantee any particular or fixed income to the B-Hive Brand Partner.

• Incentives to the B-Hive Brand Partner will be subjected to statutory deductions as per applicable rules.

• The Company reserves the right to withhold/block/suspend the B-Hive Brand Partner if they fail to provide requested details.

• Processing charges and any other applicable charges will be deducted as per the Company's norms.

• The B-Hive Brand Partner undertakes to adhere to all policies, procedures, rules, and regulations formed by the Company.

• The B-Hive Brand Partner shall be faithful to the Company, uphold its integrity and decorum, and maintain good relations with other B-Hive Brand Partners and their clients.

• The Company reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions, products, plan, business, and policies at any time without notice, with such modifications being applicable and binding upon the B-Hive Brand Partner from the date of notification.

• In the event of the death of the B-Hive Brand Partner, their nominee or one of the legal heirs with the consent of all legal heirs may join the Company as a B-Hive Brand Partner in place of the deceased, provided they apply in the prescribed form and undertake to abide by all rules, regulations, terms, and conditions, as the original B-Hive Brand Partner. If consent is not reached within six months of the B-Hive Brand Partner's death, the Company may terminate the ID, keeping it in abeyance for this period.
